Neo Destiny is a set in the Neo series. It was released on February 28, 2002. The printed size is 105. This checklist is longer, at 113 cards. Light Wigglytuff is 54/105, in position 54 of 113 on this checklist. Before it is 53 Light Venomoth, and after it is 55 Scyther. The listed rarity is Uncommon.
Light Wigglytuff is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon with 80 HP. The card lists level 33. In the Pokédex this is Wigglytuff (#040), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Jigglypuff. In this catalog that name is Jigglypuff (#039).
Naoyo Kimura illustrated this card. The same name is on 256 other cards in the catalog.
Wigglytuff (#040) has 27 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 22 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Wigglytuff 16/64 in Jungle (1999). That card is named Wigglytuff, while this one is Light Wigglytuff. Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Naoyo Kimura illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 2, and here it is 1. 23 other cards of Wigglytuff list a different HP.
The attack Evolution Song lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Your opponent may choose 1 of his or her Pokémon and search his or her deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon. Your opponent attaches that card to that Pokémon. This counts as evolving that Pokémon. Either way, you may do the same, and then each player who searched shuffles his or her deck. Body Slam is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Psychic -30. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "If two of them brush against each other, they will not be able to separate themselves, as they enjoy touching each other's soft fur too much."
I keep a set binder for Neo Destiny, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Neo Destiny set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wigglytuff can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Igglybuff, Jigglypuff, and Wigglytuff. I still need this card.
