Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.

The earliest other card is Luxio 52/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 80 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. I keep a set binder for POP Series 8, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the POP Series 8 set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Luxio can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
