Azurill 146/236 · Cosmic Eclipse

Azurill is Pokédex #298, generation 3 (Hoenn). Azurill is a Basic Fairy Pokémon with 60 HP. The card lists Marill, Marill (#183) under evolves to.

Azurill sits at 146/236 in Cosmic Eclipse, position 147 of 272. Before it is 145 Alolan Ninetales, and after it is 147 Cottonee. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on November 1, 2019. The printed size is 236. This checklist is longer, at 272 cards. The listed rarity is Common.

Growing Up is listed as Ability. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, attach a basic Energy card from your discard pile to your Active Pokémon. If you use this Ability, your turn ends. The flavor text reads "A Pokémon that lives by water. It moves quickly on land by bouncing on its big tail."

Azurill (#298) has 3 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 3 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2007. The earliest other card is Azurill 31/100 in Sandstorm (2003). That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Common. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and Asako Ito illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Azurill list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Asako Ito. I count 35 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Cosmic Eclipse set binder is where a full Cosmic Eclipse set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Azurill can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
