Victini 30/236 · Cosmic Eclipse

Victini is Pokédex #494, generation 5 (Unova). Victini is a Basic Fire Pokémon with 70 HP.

Victini sits at 30/236 in Cosmic Eclipse, position 30 of 272. Before it is 29 Torkoal, and after it is 31 Tepig. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on November 1, 2019. The printed size is 236. This checklist is longer, at 272 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Victory Heal is listed as Ability. Once during your turn (before your attack), you may heal 20 damage from 1 of your Benched Pokémon. The attack Combustion lists 30 damage. The cost is Fire, Colorless. Weakness is Water ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "This Pokémon brings victory. It is said that Trainers with Victini always win, regardless of the type of encounter."

Victini (#494) has 37 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 27 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Victini BW32/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card lists 60 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Saya Tsuruta illustrated this one. 25 other cards of Victini list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Saya Tsuruta. I count 123 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Cosmic Eclipse set binder is where a full Cosmic Eclipse set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Victini can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
