Electivire is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Electivire (#466), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Electabuzz. In this catalog that name is Electabuzz (#125).

Anesaki Dynamic illustrated this card. The same name is on 134 other cards in the catalog.

Electivire (#466) has 19 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 17 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2025. The earliest other card is Electivire 3/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and Anesaki Dynamic illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 4. 12 other cards of Electivire list a different HP.

The attack Steel Short lists 60 damage. The cost is Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. If your opponent's Active Pokémon is a Metal Pokémon, it is now Paralyzed. Volt Knuckle is another attack lists 130 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Metal -20. Retreat cost is 4. The flavor text reads "When it gets excited, it thumps its chest. With every thud, thunder roars and electric sparks shower all around."

I keep a set binder for Ultra Prism, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Ultra Prism set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Electivire can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
