Celesteela SV32/94 · Hidden Fates Shiny Vault

Hidden Fates Shiny Vault is a set in the Sun & Moon series. It was released on August 23, 2019. The printed size is 94, and the checklist is the same length. Celesteela is SV32/94, in position 32 of 94 on this checklist. Before it is SV31 Metang, and after it is SV33 Kartana. The listed rarity is Rare Shiny.

Celesteela is a Basic Ultra Beast Metal Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Celesteela (#797), generation 7 (Alola).

Kouki Saitou illustrated this card. The same name is on 652 other cards in the catalog.

Celesteela (#797) has 8 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 4 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2017 to 2019. The earliest other card is Celesteela-GX SM67/248 in SM Black Star Promos (2017). That card is named Celesteela-GX, while this one is Celesteela. That card lists 200 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Shiny. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Kouki Saitou illustrated this one. 6 other cards of Celesteela list a different HP.

The attack Moon Raker lists 160 damage. The cost is Metal, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. If the total of both players' remaining Prize cards is exactly 6, this attack can be used for Metal. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 4. The flavor text reads "One kind of Ultra Beast. Witnesses have seen it burn down a forest by expelling gas from its two arms."

I keep a set binder for Hidden Fates Shiny Vault, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Hidden Fates Shiny Vault set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Celesteela can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Ultra Beasts. I still need this card.
