Altaria ex is a Stage 1 ex Dragon Pokémon with 260 HP. In the Pokédex this is Altaria (#334), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Swablu. In this catalog that name is Swablu (#333).

Jiro Sasumo illustrated this card. The same name is on 29 other cards in the catalog.

Altaria (#334) has 38 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 28 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2024. The earliest other card is Altaria 2/97 in Dragon (2003). That card is named Altaria, while this one is Altaria ex. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 260 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Jiro Sasumo illustrated this one. 36 other cards of Altaria list a different HP.

Humming Heal is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may heal 20 damage from each of your Pokémon. The attack Light Pulse lists 140 damage. The cost is Water, Metal. During your opponent's next turn, prevent all effects of attacks used by your opponent's Pokémon done to this Pokémon. (Damage is not an effect.) Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Paradox Rift, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Paradox Rift set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Altaria can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
