Paldean Fates set binder is where a full Paldean Fates set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Luxio can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Cat Pokémon. I still need this card.
