USGMEN illustrated this card. The same name is on 3 other cards in the catalog.

Mew (#151) has 60 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 35 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Mew 8/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Mew, while this one is Mew ex. That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 180 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Special Illustration Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and USGMEN illustrated this one. 50 other cards of Mew list a different HP.

Restart is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, you may draw cards until you have 3 cards in your hand. The attack Genome Hacking lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Choose 1 of your opponent's Active Pokémon's attacks and use it as this attack. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. The card text says: Pokémon ex rule: When your Pokémon ex is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for Paldean Fates, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Paldean Fates set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mew can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mew and Mewtwo, Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on, Pink Pokémon, and Special Illustration Rares. I still need this card.
