Unown VSTAR is a VSTAR Psychic Pokémon with 250 HP. In the Pokédex this is Unown (#201), generation 2 (Johto). The card says it evolves from Unown V. In this catalog that name is Unown (#201).

PLANETA Mochizuki illustrated this card. The same name is on 131 other cards in the catalog.

Unown (#201) has 95 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Unown [J] 38/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Unown [J], while this one is Unown VSTAR. That card lists 40 HP, and this one lists 250 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Rainbow. Hideki Kazama illustrated that card, and PLANETA Mochizuki illustrated this one. 94 other cards of Unown list a different HP.

The attack Tri Power lists 70× damage. The cost is Psychic. Flip 3 coins. This attack does 70 damage for each heads. Star Cipher is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. Until this Pokémon leaves play, it gains an Ability that has the effect "The Weakness of each of your opponent's Pokémon in play is now Psychic. (The amount of Weakness doesn't change.)" (You can't use more than 1 VSTAR Power in a game.) Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: VSTAR rule: When your Pokémon VSTAR is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for Silver Tempest, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Silver Tempest set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Unown can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Unown. I still need this card.
