The earliest other card is Huntail 19/101 in Hidden Legends (2004). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. Both list the rarity Rare. Kagemaru Himeno illustrated that card, and otumami illustrated this one. 4 other cards of Huntail list a different HP.

Single Strike Jammer is listed as Ability. Your opponent's Single Strike Pokémon's attacks cost Colorless more. The attack Cavernous Chomp lists 80 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Deep seas are their habitat. According to tradition, when Huntail wash up onshore, something unfortunate will happen." The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Fusion Strike, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Fusion Strike set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Huntail can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
