Giratina (#487) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 14 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2023. The earliest other card is Giratina LV.X DP38/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). That card is named Giratina LV.X, while this one is Giratina. Both list 130 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. Shizurow illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 22 other cards of Giratina list a different HP.

The attack Hex lists 50+ damage. The cost is Psychic, Colorless, Colorless. If the Defending Pokémon is affected by a Special Condition, this attack does 50 more damage. Shadow Claw is another attack lists 90 damage. The cost is Psychic, Psychic, Colorless, Colorless. Discard a random card from your opponent's hand. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It was banished for its violence. It silently gazed upon the old world from the Distortion World."

I keep a set binder for Plasma Storm, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Plasma Storm set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Giratina can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Team Plasma and Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. I still need this card.
