Wormadam Sandy Cloak is a Stage 1 Fighting Pokémon with 80 HP. The card lists level 37. In the Pokédex this is Wormadam (#413), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Burmy Sandy Cloak. In this catalog that name is Burmy (#412).

Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.

Wormadam (#413) has 12 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 5 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2022. The earliest other card is Wormadam Plant Cloak 41/132 in Secret Wonders (2007). That card is named Wormadam Plant Cloak, while this one is Wormadam Sandy Cloak. Both list 80 HP. Both list the rarity Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 9 other cards of Wormadam list a different HP.

Sandy Cloak is listed as Poké-Body. Prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to Wormadam Sandy Cloak. The attack Push Over lists 40+ damage. The cost is Fighting, Colorless, Colorless. Does 40 damage plus 10 damage for each Fighting Energy attached to Wormadam Sandy Cloak. Weakness is Fire +20. Resistance is Lightning -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "When BURMY evolved, its cloak became a part of this Pokémon's body. The cloak is never shed."

I keep a set binder for Secret Wonders, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Secret Wonders set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wormadam can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
