151 is a set in the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on 22 September 2023. The printed size is 165. This checklist is longer, at 207 cards. Raichu is 26/165, in position 26 of 207 on this checklist. Before it is 25 Pikachu, and after it is 27 Sandshrew. The listed rarity is Rare.

Raichu is a Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Raichu (#026), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Pikachu. In this catalog that name is Pikachu (#025).

Naoyo Kimura illustrated this card. The same name is on 256 other cards in the catalog.

Raichu (#026) has 70 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 51 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Raichu 14/102 in Base (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Naoyo Kimura illustrated this one. 64 other cards of Raichu list a different HP.

Electrical Grounding is listed as Ability. When 1 of your Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, you may move a Lightning Energy from that Pokémon to this Pokémon. The attack Thunder lists 180 damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning, Colorless. This Pokémon also does 50 damage to itself. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its tail discharges electricity into the ground, protecting it from getting shocked." The regulation mark is G.

I keep a set binder for 151, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 151 set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Raichu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
