The earliest other card is Togedemaru 53/149 in Sun & Moon (2017). That card lists 70 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. Both list the rarity Common. 5 other cards of Togedemaru list a different HP.

I keep a set binder for Journey Together, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Journey Together set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Togedemaru can fill a slot in Generation 7 binder (Alola). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
