Celebi is a Basic Grass Pokémon with 70 HP. In the Pokédex this is Celebi (#251), generation 2 (Johto).

Yuu Nishida illustrated this card. The same name is on 65 other cards in the catalog.

Celebi (#251) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Celebi 50/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare. Hajime Kusajima illustrated that card, and Yuu Nishida illustrated this one. 27 other cards of Celebi list a different HP.

Woodland Stroll is listed as Ability. Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may look at the top 6 cards of your deck, reveal an Energy card you find there, and put it into your hand. Shuffle the other cards back into your deck. The attack Leaf Step lists 40 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It has the power to travel across time, but it is said to appear only in peaceful times." The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for Shining Fates, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Shining Fates set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Celebi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on. I still need this card.
