It was released on 25 February 2022. The printed size is 172. This checklist is longer, at 186 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Ultra.

The attack Fast Charge lists no damage number. The cost is Lightning. If you go first, you can use this attack during your first turn. Search your deck for a Lightning Energy card and attach it to this Pokémon. Then, shuffle your deck. Dynamic Spark is another attack lists 60× damage. The cost is Lightning, Lightning. You may discard any amount of Lightning Energy from your Pokémon. This attack does 60 damage for each card you discarded in this way. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Retreat cost is 1. Raichu (#026) has 70 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 52 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2026. The earliest other card is Raichu 14/102 in Base (1999). That card is named Raichu, while this one is Raichu V. That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 200 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and MUGENUP illustrated this one. 69 other cards of Raichu list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads MUGENUP. I count 13 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Brilliant Stars set binder is where a full Brilliant Stars set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Raichu can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Pikachu's friends. I still need this card.
