Empoleon V is a Basic V Rapid Strike Water Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Empoleon (#395), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

PLANETA Mochizuki illustrated this card. The same name is on 131 other cards in the catalog.

Empoleon (#395) has 22 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2025. The earliest other card is Empoleon 4/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card is named Empoleon, while this one is Empoleon V. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and PLANETA Mochizuki illustrated this one. 19 other cards of Empoleon list a different HP.

Emperor's Eyes is listed as Ability. As long as this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, your opponent's Basic Pokémon in play have no Abilities, except for Pokémon with a Rule Box (Pokémon V, Pokémon-GX, etc. have Rule Boxes). The attack Swirling Slice lists 130 damage. The cost is Water, Colorless, Colorless. Move an Energy from this Pokémon to 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is E.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Empoleon can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Sinnoh starters and Rapid Strike. I still need this card.
