Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR is a VSTAR Water Pokémon with 280 HP. In the Pokédex this is Palkia (#484), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Origin Forme Palkia V. In this catalog that name is Palkia (#484).

aky CG Works illustrated this card. The same name is on 163 other cards in the catalog.

Palkia (#484) has 39 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Palkia 11/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card is named Palkia, while this one is Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 280 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and aky CG Works illustrated this one. 31 other cards of Palkia list a different HP.

Star Portal is listed as Ability. During your turn, you may attach up to 3 Water Energy cards from your discard pile to your Water Pokémon in any way you like. (You can't use more than 1 VSTAR Power in a game.) The attack Subspace Swell lists 60+ damage. The cost is Water, Water. This attack does 20 more damage for each Benched Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's). Weakness is Lightning ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: VSTAR rule: When your Pokémon VSTAR is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for SWSH Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SWSH Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Palkia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. I still need this card.
