The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on 15 November 2019. The printed size is 307. This checklist is longer, at 304 cards. The listed rarity is Promo.

Dialga (#483) has 46 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Dialga 1/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card is named Dialga, while this one is Origin Forme Dialga V. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 220 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Nakaoka illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 44 other cards of Dialga list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

SWSH Black Star Promos set binder is where a full SWSH Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Dialga can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina and Giant Pokémon. I still need this card.
