The earliest other card is Kyurem-EX BW37/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Kyurem-EX, while this one is White Kyurem. That card lists 180 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. Both list the rarity Promo. Shizurow illustrated that card, and Shin Nagasawa illustrated this one. 47 other cards of Kyurem list a different HP.

The attack Hyper Beam lists 40 damage. The cost is Fire, Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon. Flare Blizzard is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Fire, Fire, Water, Colorless. This Pokémon can't use Flare Blizzard during your next turn. Weakness is Fairy ×2. Retreat cost is 3. I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Kyurem can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
