I keep a set binder for Plasma Blast, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Plasma Blast set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Palkia can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Team Plasma and Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. I still need this card.
