Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this card. The same name is on 721 other cards in the catalog.

Jirachi (#385) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Jirachi 21/40 in Nintendo Black Star Promos (2003). Both list 50 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Secret. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated this one. 28 other cards of Jirachi list a different HP.

The attack Hypnoblast lists 10 damage. The cost is Psychic. The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep. Swift is another attack lists 20 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies or any other effects on the Defending Pokémon. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1.

I keep a set binder for Team Magma vs Team Aqua, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Team Magma vs Team Aqua set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mitsuhiro Arita cards. I still need this card.
