Jirachi (#385) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2004 to 2026. The earliest other card is Jirachi 97/95 in Team Magma vs Team Aqua (2004). Both list 50 HP. The rarity there is Rare Secret, and here it is Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Atsuko Nishida illustrated this one. 28 other cards of Jirachi list a different HP.
The attack The Third Eye lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Discard an Energy card attached to Jirachi and draw 3 cards. Psywave is another attack lists 10× damage. The cost is Psychic. Does 10 damage times the amount of Energy attached to the Defending Pokémon. Weakness is Psychic ×2. Retreat cost is 1.
I keep a set binder for Nintendo Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Nintendo Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
