Jirachi 8/101 · Hidden Legends

Jirachi is Pokédex #385, generation 3 (Hoenn). Jirachi is a Basic Psychic Metal Pokémon with 70 HP.

Jirachi sits at 8/101 in Hidden Legends, position 8 of 102. Before it is 7 Heracross, and after it is 9 Machamp. The set belongs to the EX series. It was released on June 1, 2004. The printed size is 101. This checklist is longer, at 102 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

The attack Make a Wish lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Search your deck for a card that evolves from 1 of your Pokémon and put it on that Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) If you do, put 1 damage counter on Jirachi. Shuffle your deck afterward. Mind Bend is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Psychic, Metal. Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: This Pokémon is both Psychic Metal type.

Jirachi (#385) has 29 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2026. The earliest other card is Jirachi 21/40 in Nintendo Black Star Promos (2003). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 70 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Ryo Ueda illustrated this one. 19 other cards of Jirachi list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Ryo Ueda. I count 462 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Hidden Legends set binder is where a full Hidden Legends set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
