The earliest other card is Magby 23/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). Both list 30 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Masakazu Fukuda illustrated this one. 3 other cards of Magby list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Masakazu Fukuda. I count 471 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

HS—Triumphant set binder is where a full HS—Triumphant set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Magby can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Baby Pokémon. I still need this card.
