The earliest other card is Meganium 10/111 in Neo Genesis (2000). That card is named Meganium, while this one is Mega Meganium ex. That card lists 100 HP, and this one lists 360 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Double Rare. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 3, and here it is 2. 16 other cards of Meganium list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ascended Heroes set binder is where a full Ascended Heroes set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Meganium can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mega Evolution cards and Johto starters. I still need this card.
