Shaymin is a Basic Grass Pokémon with 80 HP. The card lists level 56. In the Pokédex this is Shaymin (#492), generation 4 (Sinnoh).

Atsuko Nishida illustrated this card. The same name is on 408 other cards in the catalog.

Shaymin (#492) has 34 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Shaymin LV.X DP39/56 in DP Black Star Promos (2007). That card is named Shaymin LV.X, while this one is Shaymin. That card lists 110 HP, and this one lists 80 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Shizurow illustrated that card, and Atsuko Nishida illustrated this one. 29 other cards of Shaymin list a different HP.

The attack Growth lists no damage number. Attach a Grass Energy card from your hand to Shaymin. Air Slash is another attack lists 40 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Flip a coin. If tails, discard an Energy attached to Shaymin. Weakness is Fire +20. Resistance is Fighting -20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "The flowers all over its body burst into bloom if it is lovingly hugged and senses gratitude."

I keep a set binder for Platinum, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Platinum set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Shaymin can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
