Whimsicott is a Stage 1 Fairy Pokémon with 80 HP. In the Pokédex this is Whimsicott (#547), generation 5 (Unova). The card says it evolves from Cottonee. In this catalog that name is Cottonee (#546).

Shibuzoh. illustrated this card. The same name is on 100 other cards in the catalog.

Whimsicott (#547) has 22 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 14 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2025. The earliest other card is Whimsicott 11/98 in Emerging Powers (2011). Both list 80 HP. The rarity there is Uncommon, and here it is Rare. sui illustrated that card, and Shibuzoh. illustrated this one. 18 other cards of Whimsicott list a different HP.

Prowl is listed as Ability. When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon during your turn, you may search your deck for a card and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. The attack Gust lists 40 damage. The cost is Colorless. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. The flavor text reads "This nuisance sneaks into people's homes, where it hides important things and scatters cotton all over the place."

I keep a set binder for Unified Minds, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Unified Minds set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Whimsicott can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). I still need this card.
