Wigglytuff is a Stage 1 Fairy Pokémon with 120 HP. In the Pokédex this is Wigglytuff (#040), generation 1 (Kanto). The card says it evolves from Jigglypuff. In this catalog that name is Jigglypuff (#039).

0313 illustrated this card. The same name is on 62 other cards in the catalog.

Wigglytuff (#040) has 27 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 21 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Wigglytuff 16/64 in Jungle (1999). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and 0313 illustrated this one. 22 other cards of Wigglytuff list a different HP.

The attack Hypnoblast lists 30 damage. The cost is Colorless, Colorless. Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Asleep. Punishing Slap is another attack lists 60+ damage. The cost is Fairy, Colorless, Colorless. If any of your opponent's Pokémon have any Darkness Energy attached to them, this attack does 60 more damage. Weakness is Metal ×2. Resistance is Darkness -20. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "It sheds its fine fur when the seasons change. The fur is gathered and spun into a luxurious yarn."

I keep a set binder for Crimson Invasion, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Crimson Invasion set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Wigglytuff can fill a slot in Generation 1 binder (Kanto). I still need this card.
