Skuntank 76/156 · Ultra Prism

Skuntank is Pokédex #435, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Skuntank is a Stage 1 Darkness Pokémon with 120 HP. The card says it evolves from Stunky. In this catalog that name is Stunky (#434).

Skuntank sits at 76/156 in Ultra Prism, position 76 of 178. Before it is 75 Stunky, and after it is 77 Darkrai ◇. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on February 2, 2018. The printed size is 156. This checklist is longer, at 178 cards. The listed rarity is Uncommon.

The attack Sticky Smokescreen lists 50 damage. The cost is Darkness, Colorless. If the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent's next turn, your opponent flips 2 coins. If either of them is tails, that attack does nothing. Hammer In is another attack lists 100 damage. The cost is Darkness, Darkness, Colorless. Weakness is Fighting ×2. Resistance is Psychic -20. Retreat cost is 3. The flavor text reads "It sprays a stinky fluid from its tail. The fluid smells worse the longer it is allowed to fester."

Skuntank (#435) has 12 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Skuntank 15/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 120 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Uncommon. Hiroaki Ito illustrated that card, and Studio Bora Inc. illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 3. 11 other cards of Skuntank list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Studio Bora Inc.. I count 92 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ultra Prism set binder is where a full Ultra Prism set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Skuntank can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
