Drifblim 135/102 · Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos

Drifblim is Pokédex #426, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Drifblim is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon with 130 HP. The card says it evolves from Drifloon. In this catalog that name is Drifloon (#425).

Drifblim sits at 135/102 in Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos, position 135 of 165. Before it is 134 Crabominable, and after it is 136 Bouffalant. The set belongs to the Scarlet & Violet series. It was released on January 1, 2023. The printed size is 102. This checklist is longer, at 165 cards. The collector number is above the printed set size of 102. The listed rarity is Promo.

The attack Everyone Explode Now lists 50× damage. The cost is Psychic. This attack does 50 damage for each of your Drifloon and Drifblim in play. This attack also does 30 damage to each of your Drifloon and Drifblim. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "They carry people and Pokémon, but the wind can catch them, so there can't be a fixed destination." The regulation mark is H.

Drifblim (#426) has 17 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 16 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2024. The earliest other card is Drifblim 24/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). That card lists 80 HP, and this one lists 130 HP. The rarity there is Rare, and here it is Promo. Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Keisin illustrated this one. 16 other cards of Drifblim list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Keisin. I count 6 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set binder is where a full Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promos set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Drifblim can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
