Mismagius 64/195 · Silver Tempest

Mismagius is Pokédex #429, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Mismagius is a Stage 1 Psychic Pokémon with 90 HP. The card says it evolves from Misdreavus. In this catalog that name is Misdreavus (#200).

Mismagius sits at 64/195 in Silver Tempest, position 64 of 215. Before it is 63 Misdreavus, and after it is 65 Unown V. The set belongs to the Sword & Shield series. It was released on November 11, 2022. The printed size is 195. This checklist is longer, at 215 cards. The listed rarity is Rare.

Spiteful Magic is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon has full HP and is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, put 8 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon. The attack Eerie Voice lists no damage number. The cost is Psychic. Put 2 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon. Weakness is Darkness ×2. Resistance is Fighting -30. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "Its muttered curses can cause awful headaches or terrifying visions that torment others." The regulation mark is F.

Mismagius (#429) has 20 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 16 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2007 to 2026. The earliest other card is Mismagius 10/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 90 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare. Mikiko Takeda illustrated that card, and kawayoo illustrated this one. 12 other cards of Mismagius list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads kawayoo. I count 209 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Silver Tempest set binder is where a full Silver Tempest set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Mismagius can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
