Mitsuhiro Arita illustrated that card, and Miki Tanaka illustrated this one. 13 other cards of Drifblim list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Miki Tanaka. I count 192 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Steam Siege set binder is where a full Steam Siege set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Drifblim can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
