Shiftry is a Stage 2 Grass Pokémon with 140 HP. In the Pokédex this is Shiftry (#275), generation 3 (Hoenn). The card says it evolves from Nuzleaf. In this catalog that name is Nuzleaf (#274).

Sanosuke Sakuma illustrated this card. The same name is on 158 other cards in the catalog.

Shiftry (#275) has 22 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 18 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2003 to 2025. The earliest other card is Shiftry 12/100 in Sandstorm (2003). That card lists 120 HP, and this one lists 140 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Atsuko Nishida illustrated that card, and Sanosuke Sakuma illustrated this one. 17 other cards of Shiftry list a different HP.

The attack Whisk Away lists 30+ damage. The cost is Grass. Your opponent reveals his or her hand. Choose a Pokémon you find there and put it on the bottom your opponent's deck. If you do, this attack does 30 more damage. Spirit Dance is another attack lists 60+ damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 more damage for each heads. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The flavor text reads "A Pokémon that was feared as a forest guardian. It can read the foe's mind and take preemptive action."

I keep a set binder for XY Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the XY Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Shiftry can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). I still need this card.
