The earliest other card is Prinplup 58/130 in Diamond & Pearl (2007). Both list 80 HP. Both list the rarity Uncommon. Ken Sugimori illustrated that card, and Suwama Chiaki illustrated this one. Retreat cost there is 1, and here it is 2. 4 other cards of Prinplup list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads Suwama Chiaki. I count 102 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Dark Explorers set binder is where a full Dark Explorers set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Prinplup can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). I still need this card.
