Toyste Beach illustrated this card. The same name is on 284 other cards in the catalog.

Celebi (#251) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 24 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Celebi 50/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card is named Celebi, while this one is Celebi-EX. That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 110 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo EX. Hajime Kusajima illustrated that card, and Toyste Beach illustrated this one. 34 other cards of Celebi list a different HP.

Time Recall is listed as Ability. Each of your evolved Pokémon can use any attack from its previous Evolutions. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.) The attack Wind Whisk lists 60 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Switch this Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. Resistance is Water -20. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: Pokémon-EX rule: When a Pokémon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for Boundaries Crossed, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Boundaries Crossed set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Celebi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
