Celebi 7/123 · Mysterious Treasures

Mysterious Treasures is a set in the Diamond & Pearl series. It was released on August 1, 2007. The printed size is 123. This checklist is longer, at 124 cards. Celebi is 7/123, in position 7 of 124 on this checklist. Before it is 6 Bronzong, and after it is 8 Feraligatr. The listed rarity is Rare Holo.

Celebi is a Basic Grass Pokémon with 60 HP. The card lists level 39. In the Pokédex this is Celebi (#251), generation 2 (Johto).

Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this card. The same name is on 656 other cards in the catalog.

Celebi (#251) has 35 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 23 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 1999 to 2025. The earliest other card is Celebi 50/53 in Wizards Black Star Promos (1999). That card lists 50 HP, and this one lists 60 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo. Hajime Kusajima illustrated that card, and Kagemaru Himeno illustrated this one. 31 other cards of Celebi list a different HP.

The attack Sprouting lists no damage number. Search your deck for a Grass Energy card and attach it to Celebi. Shuffle your deck afterward. Leaf Tornado is another attack lists 30 damage. The cost is Grass, Grass. You may move any number of basic Grass Energy cards attached to your Pokémon to your other Pokémon in any way you like. Weakness is Fire +20. Retreat cost is 1. The flavor text reads "It has the power to travel across time, but is is said to appear only in peaceful times."

I keep a set binder for Mysterious Treasures, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Mysterious Treasures set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Celebi can fill a slot in Generation 2 binder (Johto). I still need this card.
