The cost is Colorless, Colorless, Colorless. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance, or by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon. Weakness is Fire ×2. I keep a set binder for 30th Celebration, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the 30th Celebration set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Jirachi can fill a slot in Generation 3 binder (Hoenn). Themed lists that include this exact card are Mythical Pokémon, from Sword & Shield on. I still need this card.
