Leafeon-GX 139/156 · Ultra Prism

Leafeon is Pokédex #470, generation 4 (Sinnoh). Leafeon-GX is a Stage 1 GX Grass Pokémon with 200 HP. The card says it evolves from Eevee. In this catalog that name is Eevee (#133).

Leafeon-GX sits at 139/156 in Ultra Prism, position 143 of 178. Before it is 138 Unit Energy LightningPsychicMetal, and after it is 140 Pheromosa-GX. The set belongs to the Sun & Moon series. It was released on February 2, 2018. The printed size is 156. This checklist is longer, at 178 cards. The listed rarity is Rare Ultra.

Breath of the Leaves is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, once during your turn (before your attack), you may heal 50 damage from 1 of your Pokémon that has any Energy attached to it. The attack Solar Beam lists 110 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Grand Bloom-GX is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Grass. For each of your Benched Basic Pokémon, search your deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon and put it onto that Pokémon to evolve it. Then, shuffle your deck. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Leafeon (#470) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2008 to 2025. The earliest other card is Leafeon 7/100 in Majestic Dawn (2008). That card is named Leafeon, while this one is Leafeon-GX. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 200 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Rare Ultra. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 26 other cards of Leafeon list a different HP.

The illustrator line reads 5ban Graphics. I count 1,629 other cards in the catalog with that illustrator.

Ultra Prism set binder is where a full Ultra Prism set goes. This card fills one slot there. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Leafeon can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions. I still need this card.
