Leafeon-GX is a Stage 1 GX Grass Pokémon with 200 HP. In the Pokédex this is Leafeon (#470), generation 4 (Sinnoh). The card says it evolves from Eevee. In this catalog that name is Eevee (#133).

5ban Graphics illustrated this card. The same name is on 1,629 other cards in the catalog.

Leafeon (#470) has 33 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 19 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2008 to 2025. The earliest other card is Leafeon 7/100 in Majestic Dawn (2008). That card is named Leafeon, while this one is Leafeon-GX. That card lists 90 HP, and this one lists 200 HP. The rarity there is Rare Holo, and here it is Promo. Kouki Saitou illustrated that card, and 5ban Graphics illustrated this one. 26 other cards of Leafeon list a different HP.

Breath of the Leaves is listed as Ability. If this Pokémon is your Active Pokémon, once during your turn (before your attack), you may heal 50 damage from 1 of your Pokémon that has any Energy attached to it. The attack Solar Beam lists 110 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Grand Bloom-GX is another attack lists no damage number. The cost is Grass. For each of your Benched Basic Pokémon, search your deck for a card that evolves from that Pokémon and put it onto that Pokémon to evolve it. Then, shuffle your deck. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 2. The card text says: Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

I keep a set binder for SM Black Star Promos, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the SM Black Star Promos set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Leafeon can fill a slot in Generation 4 binder (Sinnoh). Themed lists that include this exact card are Eevee and the Eeveelutions. I still need this card.
