Serperior V 7/195 · Silver Tempest

Silver Tempest is a set in the Sword & Shield series. It was released on November 11, 2022. The printed size is 195. This checklist is longer, at 215 cards. Serperior V is a Basic V Grass Pokémon with 210 HP. In the Pokédex this is Serperior (#497), generation 5 (Unova).

Ayaka Yoshida illustrated this card. The same name is on 128 other cards in the catalog.

Serperior (#497) has 17 other cards in the catalog. Those other cards are in 10 sets. The other printings with a release date run from 2011 to 2026. The earliest other card is Serperior BW20/101 in BW Black Star Promos (2011). That card is named Serperior, while this one is Serperior V. That card lists 130 HP, and this one lists 210 HP. The rarity there is Promo, and here it is Rare Holo V. 5ban Graphics illustrated that card, and Ayaka Yoshida illustrated this one. 15 other cards of Serperior list a different HP.

The attack Noble Light lists no damage number. The cost is Colorless. Heal 30 damage from each Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's). Solar Beam is another attack lists 120 damage. The cost is Grass, Colorless, Colorless. Weakness is Fire ×2. Retreat cost is 1. The card text says: V rule: When your Pokémon V is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. The regulation mark is F.

I keep a set binder for Silver Tempest, meant to hold every card of that set. This card is one slot in the Silver Tempest set binder. A generation binder holds one card of each species. Serperior can fill a slot in Generation 5 binder (Unova). Themed lists that include this exact card are Unova starters. I still need this card.
